02Soft, enveloping attack, with good freshness and silky tannins. Aromatic complexity that evolves with toasted and balsamic notes, robust structure, remarkable balance, and long persistence. Lingering finish with notes of cocoa and tobacco, considerable aging potential. Perfect with Barolo braised beef, stewed wild boar, aged cheeses, and beef roasts.
