02Soft, warm entry, with remarkable freshness and velvety tannins, full and enveloping body. Great aromatic complexity, imposing structure, remarkable balance between components, very long persistence. Long and persistent finish, with notes of licorice and sweet spices, great aging potential. Perfect with braised meats, game, aged cheeses, dark chocolate.
