02Decisive, soft attack, with good freshness, silky tannins, full and enveloping body. Remarkable aromatic complexity, majestic structure, excellent balance, long gustatory persistence. Long and warm finish, with echoes of cocoa and tobacco, great evolutionary potential. Game, braised meats, grilled meats, aged cheeses.
