Intense ruby red, clear. Aromas of ripe black fruits, green pepper, herbaceous notes, and a touch of graphite.
Palate & Finish

Firm attack, fresh acidity, present but smooth tannins, medium body. Complex evolution, good structure, balance between fruit and tannin, long persistence. Clean finish, mineral and spicy notes, good aging potential. Ossobuco alla Milanese, roasted lamb with herbs, aged cheeses.
