01Brilliant, clear cherry-pink rosé. Fragrances of fresh red berries and wild flowers, with a slight hint of almond.

Palate & Finish
02Fresh and soft entry, with lively acidity and almost imperceptible silky tannins. Harmonious evolution, medium-bodied, with good sapidity and a delicate balance. Clean and pleasant finish, medium persistence, with fruity echoes. Excellent with light appetizers, local cured meats, lake fish, and first courses with spring vegetables.
