The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Petali di Rose Scagliola, a rosé with roots in Piemonte DOC, appears in the glass with an intense pink color, almost tending towards red. Its winemaking involves a six-day cold maceration of the skins in steel, followed by maintaining the must at a controlled temperature, without malolactic fermentation, and bottling it young. On the nose, a fruity and fresh bouquet is released, where a clear and inviting scent of rose stands out.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, a pleasantly perceptible sweetish note does not sacrifice its marked freshness and pleasantness at all.

At the Table
03This wine, with its inviting character, pairs magnificately with crostini with fruit pâté, pear and white chocolate cake, or fresh strawberries.
