01Intense, clear garnet red. Intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, blackberry, dried violet, balsamic notes, and sweet spices.

02Enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky yet present tannins, full body. Evolving complexity, great structure, harmonic balance, long persistence. Very long finish, notes of licorice and tobacco, remarkable aging potential. Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, grilled Florentine steak, aged cheeses, feathered game.
