Palate & Finish
02Enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky but present tannins, full and vibrant body. Aromatic complexity that unfolds, remarkable structure, masterful balance, long persistence. Long and harmonious finish, with echoes of red fruit and balsamic notes, great aging potential. Wild boar stew, Barolo braised beef, aged blue cheeses.
