01Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear. Intense and fine, notes of green apple, white peach and floral hints of broom, with a touch of almond.

Palate & Finish
02Fresh and savory on the attack, good liveliness, medium body, never heavy. Elegant evolution, good aromatic persistence, harmony between acidity and softness. Clean and pleasantly mineral finish, good longevity. Excellent with raw fish appetizers, spaghetti with clams, small fried fish, fresh cheeses.
