Intense and deep garnet red. On the nose, ethereal and complex: notes of ripe red fruit, plum and cherry in spirit, hints of sweet spices, tobacco and leather.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, enveloping and warm, with a soft attack, silky tannins and a full body. Elegant evolution, great structure and an almost perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Long and persistent finish, with nuances of cocoa and licorice, promises excellent aging potential. braised beef in Barolo, aged cheeses, game in salmi, dark chocolate.
