Palate & Finish

Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, medium body. Complex, well-structured, balanced, with good persistence. Medium-long finish, fruity, promising for several years of aging. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar, duck breast with orange, selection of Tuscan cured meats.
