Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, medium body. Olfactory complexity found again, elegant structure, harmonic balance, good persistence. Clean and long finish, fruity and spicy aftertaste, aging potential of 5 to 10 years. Wild boar stew, pappardelle with hare ragu, aged cheeses.
