02Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, light body, savory. Linear, clean evolution, with good alcoholic integration, harmonious balance. Citrusy and persistent finish, notes of bitter almond, short aging potential. Excellent with seafood salads, swordfish carpaccio, spaghetti with clams, fresh cheeses.
