01Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers, with subtle notes of yeast. Fresh and lively on the palate, pronounced acidity, silky tannins, light body.

Palate & Finish
02Agile and thirst-quenching evolution, good minerality, harmonious balance, clean finish. Medium-long finish, fruity and citrus returns, ready to drink. Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood appetizers, rice salads and vegetable-based dishes.
