02Fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, mineral notes intertwine with hints of gingerbread, ripe yellow apple, sweet spices, and vanilla. Fresh and savory attack, characterized by excellent acidity and a soft texture. Evolving complexity, great balance, and remarkable gustatory persistence. Long and clean finish, with evolution potential. It is enhanced by oysters, raw shellfish, white fish tartare, and steamed scampi.
