Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky but present tannins, full body. Complex, enveloping, well-structured, with a persistent finish. Long, elegant, with echoes of cocoa and licorice, promising evolution in the bottle. Ideal with roast beef, game, aged cheeses and game.
