Bright ruby red, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Elegant nose of green pepper, black pepper, herbaceous notes and small red fruits. Fresh and lively attack, soft but present tannins, medium body.
Palate & Finish

Complex evolution, good structure, gustatory balance, clean finish. Medium persistence, spicy and vegetal notes, ready to drink. Aged cured meats, grilled pork, toasted polenta with sopressa.
