01Bright, clear ruby red. Intense bouquet of ripe cherry, violet, and a hint of sweet spice, with earthy notes.

Palate & Finish
02Soft entry, fresh acidity, fine but present tannins, medium body. Aromatic complexity that evolves on fruity and floral notes, good structure, harmonious. Medium-long finish, spicy and persistent, aging potential of 3-5 years. Tagliatelle with ragù, braised wild boar, aged cheeses, roast veal.
