02Soft entry, fresh acidity, silky tannins, medium body. Harmonious, with good aromatic progression, balanced, and of decent persistence. Clean and medium-long finish, with fruity and spicy notes, aging potential 3-5 years. Tagliatelle with ragù, roasted veal, aged cheeses.
