02Fresh and soft attack, good acidity, medium body, silky. Complex evolution with fruity notes of white peach and a slight mineral note, well-structured, harmonious. Elegant and persistent finish, closes with notes of aromatic herbs, evolutionary potential to be assessed. Perfect with seafood appetizers, baked fish, rice salads and spring vegetables.
