02Soft attack, fresh acidity, smooth tannins, medium body. Complex evolution, good structure, harmonious, persistent finish. Medium-long persistence, pleasant fruity returns, discrete aging potential. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar ragù, veal roasts, aged cheeses.
