Brut

Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is fragrant and intense, with hints of ripe yellow fruit, citrus (lemon, bergamot) and notes of bread crust and sweet almond.

On the palate, fresh and vibrant attack, with good acidity, absence of tannins and medium body. Complex, balanced evolution, with an elegant structure and remarkable persistence. Long and clean finish, with notes reminiscent of toasted almond.
