01Bright, clear straw yellow. Floral notes of broom and acacia, fruity notes of green apple and white peach, a mineral hint of flint.

Palate & Finish
02Fresh and savory on the palate, medium-bodied. Linear evolution, good acidity, medium persistence. Clean and slightly almondy finish, young. Excellent with seafood appetizers, grilled shellfish, baked white fish.
