Bright, transparent ruby red, fine and persistent perlage. Fruity nose of cherry and plum, floral notes of violet, slightly spicy hints. Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, smooth tannins, medium body.

Harmonious evolution, increasing aromatic complexity, well-defined taste balance, pleasant persistence. Clean and fruity finish, medium length, excellent drinkability, moderate aging potential. Perfect with Piedmontese cured meats, agnolotti del Plin, vitello tonnato, medium-aged cheeses.
