02Lively, fresh, and agile entry, with good acidity and absence of tannins. Light but defined structure, elegant balance between acidity and slight mineral notes, good aromatic persistence. Clean and thirst-quenching finish, with a citrus and floral echo, fresh and inviting for young consumption. Aperitif, seafood salads, steamed shellfish, baked white fish.
