01Brilliant straw yellow, clear. Fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and hints of yeast and bread crust. Lively and fresh attack, elegant and silky body.

02Aromatic complexity, beautiful acidity that gives momentum, harmonious balance. Clean and long finish, with fruity and mineral returns. Excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish, fish carpaccio, light first courses.
