Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Floral notes of broom and acacia, hints of yeast and bread crust, traces of toasted almond.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and vibrant attack, good sapidity, slender body, absence of tannins. Aromatic complexity, elegant texture, sustained balance, long gustatory persistence. Clean and mineral finish, notes of candied citrus, medium aging potential.
