01From the ferrous red lands of Puglia, on soils resting on a calcareous layer, emerges this Metodo Charmat sparkling wine of a lively pink hue. The vinification from 100% Primitivo grapes offers fruity notes and pleasant freshness, supported by a fine mousse and bubbles that dance in the glass.

02Delicate scents are perceived on the nose, while on the palate a vibrant acidity is revealed, making it an excellent companion for raw fish appetizers, beef carpaccio, or a octopus salad.
