ROSATO IGT PUGLIA – BIO
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01La Polvanera Società Agricola interprets the IGT Puglia designation with this BIO Rosato, a wine born from ferrous red soil with underlying limestone rock, trained on a spurred cordon with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare. The grapes, mechanically harvested in the first ten days of September, are a skillful union of Aleatico, Primitivo, and Aglianico, which give the wine a distinctive character. In the glass, it presents a vibrant color, a prelude to a fragrant bouquet that invites discovery.
