Polvanera, with its Primitivo IGT Puglia Organic, offers us an authentic interpretation of the territory, worked with care and attention to nature. This red, born from 100% Primitivo grapes cultivated on ferrous red soil with underlying limestone rock, appears in the glass with a splendid intense ruby hue. On the nose, scents emerge that herald a robust taste.

In the mouth, this wine reveals its strength with a enveloping warmth, typical of its 14.5% alcohol content, capable of supporting succulent dishes such as polenta with wild boar ragù, roast veal, or Pugliese bombette.
