A velvety body unfolds with pleasant softness, heralding an enveloping drink.
Palate & Finish

The nose is immediately tickled by intense aromas, the result of a manual harvest of 100% Aglianico grapes picked in the second half of October. On the palate, power manifests with a decisive structure, supported by a territorial imprint characterized by ferrous red soil with underlying limestone.

This Aglianico IGT Puglia, produced by Polvanera Società Agricola with an alcohol content of 14.5%, pairs magnificently with robust dishes such as succulent tagliata di manzo, traditional ragù, or stewed game.
