Bright pale pink, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense bouquet of wild strawberries, rose petals, and citrus notes of pink grapefruit. Fresh and vibrant attack, excellent acidity, slender but present body, almost imperceptible tannin.
Palate & Finish

Savory and fruity evolution, beautiful aromatic complexity, dynamic balance, long persistence. Clean and citrusy finish, medium length, promising aging potential. Excellent as an aperitif, with swordfish carpaccio, seafood salad, sushi, and light first courses.
