Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, clear, of excellent consistency. Nose of good intensity, with delicate fruity notes and floral hints that evolve into more complex nuances.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, fresh and clean attack, good sapidity, medium body and pleasant softness. Balanced structure, aromatic complexity reflected in a pleasing persistence. Medium-long finish, clean, with fruity echoes. Excellent with fish appetizers, steamed shellfish, spaghetti with clams, baked fish.
