02On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a medium body and pleasant sapidity. The evolution reveals a good balance between acidity and softness, with a pleasant persistence. Clean and slightly citrusy finish, with moderate aging potential. Excellent with seafood appetizers, baked fish, and first courses with spring vegetables.
