02Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, and medium body. Complex evolution, good structure, balanced, and persistent. Medium-long finish with fruity and spicy notes, good aging potential. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged cheeses.
