02Soft entry, good acidity, silky tannins, full body. Aromatic complexity, notable structure, harmonious balance, long persistence. Long and clean finish, with fruity and earthy notes, excellent aging potential. Tagliatelle with ragu, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, braised wild boar, selection of aged cheeses.
