01Rosso rubino intenso e brillante. Note di violetta, ciliegia matura, tabacco e cuoio dolce.

Palato e Finale
02Ingresso morbido, tannini setosi, acidità vibrante, corpo pieno ed elegante. Complesso e armonico, con un'ottima struttura e una lunga evoluzione gustativa. Finale persistente su note balsamiche e fruttate, grande potenziale di invecchiamento.

03Tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, bistecca alla fiorentina, formaggi stagionati di pecora.
