01Intense and brilliant ruby red. Notes of violet, ripe cherry, tobacco, and sweet leather.

Palate & Finish
02Soft entry, silky tannins, vibrant acidity, full and elegant body. Complex and harmonious, with excellent structure and a long taste evolution. Persistent finish with balsamic and fruity notes, great aging potential. Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, Florentine steak, aged sheep's cheeses.
