01From the glass, a good structure is perceived, inviting exploration of its complexities. A nose of great character emerges, supported by a 2021 vintage that promises depth.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the pure Sangiovese, from sixty-year-old vines in the Lamole area, expresses itself with a certain energy, also thanks to the 14% alcohol. Vinification in concrete and prolonged aging, first in concrete tanks and then in bottle, contribute to an organic wine capable of excellently accompanying a bistecca alla fiorentina, wild boar ragu, or a selection of aged cheeses.
