Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The lands of Chianti Classico imbue this Sangiovese with a frank and vigorous personality, ripened among the rows in late September. Meticulous winemaking, with single-berry selection on a vibrating table and careful maceration of about three weeks through pump-overs and délestage, guarantees optimal extraction of the fruit's character.

Palate & Finish
02The nose perceives its robust soul, while the palate reveals a structure designed to accompany hearty dishes.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with pappa al pomodoro or wild boar stew.
