02Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, full body. Elegant evolution, great structure, harmonious balance, long aromatic persistence. Long and clean finish, with hints of licorice and considerable aging potential. Wild boar stew, braised in Barolo, aged hard cheeses, beef fillet with green pepper.
