On the palate, soft attack, present but silky tannins, good freshness, and medium body. Complex evolution with notes of red fruit and spices, well-balanced. Medium-long finish with fruity and earthy echoes, discreet aging potential. Excellent with red meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
