Elegant attack, fresh acidity, silky and enveloping tannins, full body. Aromatic complexity, solid structure, remarkable balance, long taste persistence. Long and clean finish, with fruity and balsamic hints, great aging potential. Tagliatelle with ragù, beef fillet in crust, aged cheeses.
