Decisive attack, fresh acidity, silky but present tannins, full body. Complex evolution, great structure, remarkable balance, long persistence. Long and harmonious finish, balsamic hints, great aging potential. Wild boar stew, beef braised, aged cheeses, sautéed porcini mushrooms.
