02Intense and persistent, with delicate spicy notes. Full-bodied, with a soft attack and good freshness, present but integrated tannins. Solid structure, good balance, growing complexity. Medium-long, clean finish. Potential for bottle aging. Ideal with roast beef, braised game, aged cheeses.
