02On the palate, it offers a beautifully balanced structure with firm, yet refined tannins and a bright acidity that carries the fruit forward with elegance. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a lingering impression of red fruit, subtle spice, and a mineral tang that speaks of its Tuscan terroir.

03This wine is an excellent companion to classic Tuscan fare, such as Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a hearty wild boar ragu, or aged Pecorino cheese. It also shines alongside roasted lamb with rosemary or a simple, yet flavorful, mushroom risotto.
