01Intense ruby red, clear. Intense and complex, notes of ripe red fruit, violet, tobacco, leather, and tertiary hints of licorice.

Palate & Finish
02Soft attack, good freshness, silky but present tannins, full and elegant body. Enveloping evolution, great aromatic complexity, notable structure, perfect balance. Long and persistent finish, with echoes of sweet spices and cocoa, excellent aging potential. Ossobuco alla Milanese, braised wild boar, beef fillet in crust, aged cheeses.
