Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, and medium body. Complex evolution with spicy and mineral notes, well-structured. Pleasantly long finish, with fruity and spicy echoes, discreet aging potential. Perfect with pici all'aglione, bistecca alla fiorentina, braised wild boar.
