01Pale straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Aromatic nose, notes of green apple and white flowers, hints of ripe fruit. On the palate, soft and silky on the first impression, fresh vivacity, light body, almost absent tannins.

02Harmonious and round evolution, balanced, pleasant aromatic complexity, good persistence. Pleasant and clean finish, with fruity echoes, ready to drink. Aperitif, mixed crostini, seafood salad, vegetable fritters.
