Bright pale pink, clear, very fine persistent perlage. Notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry, wild flowers and a hint of yeast. Fresh and lively attack, good acidity, slender body, silky tannin.
Palate & Finish

Aromatic complexity, gustatory progression, delicate balance, clean finish. Long persistence, hints of citrus and almond, moderate aging potential. Excellent aperitif, shellfish, fish carpaccio, light first courses.
